Enfield FEASTS! with Lauren Abery
Join us for another unforgettable evening in the Enfield FEASTS! a supper club series with baker and Jewish chef, Lauren Abery.
Lauren Abery is a television producer-turned-food creative who has spent over two decades working alongside some of the world’s most influential chefs, including Gordon Ramsay across Kitchen Nightmares, The F Word, Hell’s Kitchen, MasterChef USA and Gordon Ramsay’s Secret Service. During this time, she travelled through Southeast Asia, co-writing a cookbook inspired by the region’s bold flavours.
She later worked with Jamie Oliver’s television company and, as a freelancer, collaborated with chefs including Adam Richman, Richard Corrigan and Tommy Banks.
Now based in North London, Lauren runs Enfield Eats and is known as the “Chief Brownie Officer,” creating rich, dark Belgian chocolate brownies.
Lauren will be hosting a one-off Jewish Friday night supper club inspired by her upbringing, a warm, generous evening of sharing, storytelling and seriously good food.
This is more than a meal, it’s a Friday night at Lauren’s table, with family recipes made to be shared.
