Glenn Moore
“I got dumped by email and the worst thing was I was only CC’ed into it.” Glenn Moore
The British serial jokester and Edinburgh Comedy Award nominee Glenn Moore is no stranger to TV with major appearances across a wide range of notable shows including Live At The Apollo (BBC), Have I Got News For You (BBC), Mock The Week (BBC), 8 Out Of 10 Cats Does Countdown (Channel 4), The Russell Howard Hour (Sky), Guessable (Comedy Central) and The Stand Up Sketch Show (ITV2). It is clear that he’s great at what does, also across the pond in the US as a regular guest star on The Great American Joke Off (CW network).
“The best showcase of pure jokewriting skill.” Guardian
“An absolutely brilliantly crafted joy from start to finish.” Mail on Sunday
“This is classy, gag driven comedy at its most intense and funniest.” Chortle
Cecily Hitchcock
“I’m really glad I moved to South London... because when you come up here [to North London], then you can talk about how sad it is." Cecily Hitchcock
Cecily Hitchcock certainly knows how to allure the crowd and win them over with captivating comedy. Her initial performance hour will begin with her reminiscing about her early 2000s childhood in Britain, a wild whirlwind moment when the financial crash whispered ominously in the shadows of daily life. However, in contrast Cecily portrays this from the perspective of a child to tell the story in a more whimsical and playful way, reflecting on everyday figures becoming unlikely idols, familiar scenes unexpectedly transforming into epic dramas and the ordinary warped into something absurd. Buckle up for a surreal and funny ride through the strangest years of growing up.
“Outstanding.” The Independent
“Hot.” Katherine Ryan
“Weirdly original and originally weird.” Mitch Benn
